Franklin UK Mid Cap:

Paul Spencer, the manager of the Franklin UK Mid Cap fund, has announced he will be retiring in September 2020 and will step down from all portfolio management responsibilities on the 30th June to ensure an orderly handover.  Richard Bullas, who is lead manager of the group’s UK Smaller Companies fund, will succeed Spencer on the UK Mid Cap fund when he formally steps down.

Schroder UK Income:

Matthew Hudson, the manager of the Schroder UK Alpha Income, Schroder ISF UK Alpha Income and Cazenove Charity Equity Income funds, is leaving the firm at the end of February 2020.  Responsibility for all three funds will pass to Sue Noffke, Schroder’s Head of UK Equities and Matthew Bennison upon Hudson’s departure.
