Manager News – February 2020
Premier Miton Investors has announced that Eric Moore is to take on the funds previously managed by Chris White, who has announced that he will step down from managing the Premier Income, Monthly Income and Optimum Income funds at the end of April 2020.
HSBC Global Asset Management (GAM):
Multi-asset portfolio manager David McNay is set to leave HSBC GAM in April 2020. Stephane Mesnard will temporarily lead the HSBC World Selection, Global Emerging Markets Multi-Asset Income and US Income Focused funds, while a permanent replacement is recruited. Mesnard has been working on the multi-asset team since 2010, having joined the firm in 2005.
Pantheon International Trust:
The board of Pantheon International Trust have announced that Andrew Lebus, lead manager of the portfolio, is to retire in 2021. Helen Steers, who is a partner at Pantheon and has been closely involved with the investment trust since 2015, will take over when Lebus steps down.
Jupiter UK Growth:
Jupiter Asset Management will replace Steve Davies as manager on its UK Growth fund with Christopher Smith, who currently manages the BNY Mellon UK Opportunities fund, at the end of June 2020, with Davies then leaving the firm once the handover process is complete.
