Odey ousts Odyssey manager

Tim Bond, partner at Odey Asset Management, has left the company after working with them for over a decade. This comes after his long-short fund, Odey Odyssey, was closed at the end of 2021 due to poor subscribership. However, a recent companies house filing suggests that Bond did not officially leave the company until the end of March this year.

Prior to joining Odey, Bond worked as a trader for the Bank of Montreal and Tokai Bank, then joined Barclays Capital as head of global fixed income research before becoming their head of global asset allocation and strategic adviser on the companies Radar fund.
